Tibino's Kind Heart

Twenty-two tiny moments, and every one has three lines. First Tibino says what he sees — Woolly cannot lift the bucket, Milo cannot reach the carrot, Nibbles is quiet today. Then he says what he does about it, and does it. Then comes the rule: we help our friends, we share what we have, we wait for each other, we tell the truth. Each rule is shown twice with a different friend, so the second time the child already knows how it ends. Some of the moments are Tibino's own mistakes — he knocks over a basket, drops a pot, eats the last apple — and each time he owns up and puts it right. Nobody is told off, and nobody argues.

Toddlers who are starting to share, take turns and say sorry. The rules are short enough to repeat at home word for word, and because Tibino is the one who spills and admits it, the episode never points a finger at the child watching.
