Old MacDonald's Animal Sounds
Tibino walks the whole of Old MacDonald's farm and asks every animal the same question. Nobody answers in words — each one answers with its own sound.

One walk, one question, more than twenty animals. At every stop Tibino asks who says moo, or oink, or hee-haw, waits a moment, and the animal replies before he names it. Close relatives come one after another — Nelly the horse, Cloppy the pony, Jasper the donkey — and later Otto the calf, whose small mah is nothing like a grown cow's moo. At the end Tibino stands alone in the farmyard and waves goodbye while the whole farm calls from somewhere out of sight.
Children who already know the common farm sounds and are ready for more. The question always comes before the answer, so there is a moment to shout it first — and with this many stops it works just as well watched in two halves.
Farm animal sounds beyond the first few, the names that go with them, and telling apart sounds that are almost the same.
